I had a mixed experience at this park. While the grounds are clean and well-kept, and there's a really nice play area for kids, the service still seems to be finding its feet. The lack of information provided upon arrival was frustrating, especially with extra charges for hot water. On the plus side, the facilities are generally good and the location is convenient for exploring nearby Callander.

The facilities are tidy and well-maintained, but I was disappointed with the inconvenience of having to pay for hot water in the family bathroom.

The staff was pleasant, but I felt they were not entirely on the ball, requiring me to ask for information rather than being provided with it.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the park hotel. The location was perfect for walking into town, and the atmosphere felt spacious and peaceful. The staff was amazing, and the cleanliness of the facilities was top-notch. However, it would have been nice to have more options for food available on-site, especially for fresh items, and the central bin location might not be ideal for everyone.

I had high hopes for my stay, especially since I've been coming to this park for years. Unfortunately, things have taken a turn for the worse under new ownership. While the location remains a plus, the service and facilities have been lacking, and I left feeling disappointed. It's a shame because I've had many good experiences here before.

The service was frustrating, especially when I had to deal with the staff regarding the issues with baby facilities and rubbish disposal. I felt that the problems could have been handled better.

Facilities were disappointing this time around, with missing bins and confusion about the baby bathing room closure, making our stay less convenient.

I had an excellent time at Callander Woods, with its clean and well-maintained facilities and generous pitches. The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly, and I enjoyed the pleasant walk into town with plenty of dining options nearby. However, I would advise avoiding the area near the play park if you're looking for peace and quiet, as it can get a bit noisy.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The site had its ups, like a clean environment and a beautifully maintained area for kids. However, there were a few drawbacks such as the lack of hairdryers and feeling somewhat ignored by the staff. Overall, it's a work in progress but has potential.
